Mise En Place LA was born from the vision of making the hospitality industry better. After many years working in restaurants and as a personal coach, we decided to combine our skills and bring them to the one place we were certain we could make a difference. We spend so much of our lives connecting to others through food. More than ever, we see how intertwined we are with the rest of the world.
